Let’s tell ourselves the truth. Alex Otti is an economist. Chief Eric Opah is a job creator. There is a big difference between managing figures on a board and managing factories that employ thousands. Otti knows how to analyse an economy. Opah knows how to BUILD one.

Alex Otti has been talking about Aba’s industrialization for years. But Chief Eric Opah has spent over 20 years in international shipping, aviation, and oil & gas logistics — actually moving goods across the world. He doesn’t need a tour to understand Ariaria Market. He understands global supply chains. He will connect Aba directly to the world using the Canton Fair model, something an economist in government has failed to do.
2. Otti is Isolated, Opah is Connected.
Abia cannot develop in isolation. We need federal might to fix our federal roads, our power, our trade corridors. Under Alex Otti’s Labour Party, Abia is in opposition at the center. Under Chief Eric Opah’s APC, Abia will be in the ruling party. That means direct access to the Presidency, to federal allocations, to federal projects. Opah is the bridge Otti could never be.
3. Otti Manages Allocation, Opah Will Create Wealth.
Alex Otti’s government is built on allocation and taxation. Chief Eric Opah’s blueprint is built on production. He will not just share money coming from Abuja — he will revive Golden Guinea, Aba Textile Mill, International Glass Industry, and create new industrial clusters that will generate our own wealth. He will make Abia productive, not just dependent.
4. Accountability That Comes From Private Sector Discipline.
Opah built his businesses from scratch with zero tolerance for waste. He brings private sector discipline, transparency, and performance-driven leadership. No financial mismanagement. No excuses. Just results. A businessman measures profit and loss. A politician measures propaganda.
5. One Abia, Not Two Abias.
Alex Otti’s government has divided Abia with selective projects and selective payments. Chief Eric Opah’s message is clear: We have ONE ABIA. From Arochukwu to Ukwa, from Ikwuano to Isialangwa, every part will feel government.
