APC Aspirant Prince Ike Okorafor Declares for Arochukwu Assembly Seat, Picks Nomination Form
The people of Arochukwu State Constituency have always deserved a voice that carries both the weight of lived experience and the clarity of vision and today, that voice rises with purpose. I, Prince Ike Okorafor, have formally obtained the nomination form of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to contest the Abia State House of Assembly seat for Arochukwu State Constituency in the 2027 general elections. This is not a decision born of ambition alone, but of obligation, the sacred obligation of a son of this soil who has sat in the classrooms of global public health, walked the corridors of policy, and returned not to take, but to serve. Arochukwu has given me identity, grounding, and purpose; it is only right that I offer back what knowledge, exposure, and relentless commitment can build.
We have seen good and I honour those who laid the foundation. But good is not the ceiling of what our people deserve. Our mothers still face the cruelest gaps in maternal and primary healthcare. Our youth carry talents that lack the infrastructure to bloom. Our farmers feed communities yet remain among the most economically vulnerable. These are not talking points, they are the realities I have studied, researched, and designed solutions for at the highest academic levels. A graduate degree in public health, a career built on translating data into policy, and a heart that has never left Arochukwu, this is what I bring to the Abia State House of Assembly. Not promises dressed in noise, but a prepared mind ready to legislate with precision and fight with passion.
To the good people of Arochukwu: traditionalists and traders, teachers and youth, women of the market and elders of the kindred, I call on you now: unite with me. Let us put constituency above faction, purpose above politics, and people above pride. The 2027 election is not merely a contest of names on a ballot; it is a referendum on the kind of future we choose to build together. I am asking for your support, your trust, and your collective strength because the best representation Arochukwu has ever seen is not behind us. It is ahead of us. And it begins now.
