The Mayor of Arochukwu local government area, Prof. Okereke Eze Aru has on behalf of his wife, government and hardworking good people of Arochukwu LGA congratulated the Executive Governor of Abia State, His Excellency Dr. Alex Chioma Otti OFR. on the auspicious occasion of his birthday today, 18th February.

The mayor described Dr. Alex Otti as a great performer, worthy Leader and indeed the Messiah that the people of Abia State have been waiting for as he has redefined governance through his Infrastructural revolution in the entire state and his overall developmental giant strides across Abia State.
