IS IKENNA UKWA, IBE OKWARA OSONWA’S NIGHTMARE?

PART ONE (1)

BY COMR. AHAMEFULA KALU AKI

Hon. Ibe Okwara Osonwa should be more concerned about his poor record of representation and what he has delivered to the people of Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency than engaging in what appears to be unnecessary attacks against Hon. Ikenna Nicolas Ukwa.

At a time when other first-term representatives, including Hon. Amobi Ogah, Hon. Ginger Onwusibe and others, are attracting projects and providing empowerment opportunities for their constituents, the people deserve to see clear and measurable results from their own representative—not propaganda and political distractions from his content creators.

The people of Arochukwu/Ohafia are asking legitimate questions: Where are the tangible projects? Where are the meaningful empowerment programmes? What has changed in the lives of the constituents?

On the issue of non-indigenes, those making inflammatory arguments lack exposure and should understand that Ohafia is an increasingly urban community where people from different parts of Nigeria live, work and contribute to the economy. Law-abiding residents deserve respect, regardless of where they come from. Politics should unite communities, not create unnecessary divisions. This is why education, tolerance and exposure are important in building a progressive society.

There are also legitimate questions surrounding community representation and the distribution of opportunities. Every community deserves fairness, inclusion and equal consideration—not a system where political benefits are perceived to favour certain areas. The concerns being raised by people in communities such as (Ihenta Community)deserve to be addressed openly and stop been marginalized by Ebem community.

Meanwhile, Hon. Ikenna Nicolas Ukwa continues to enjoy significant goodwill among many people in Ohafia because of his reported youth empowerment initiatives, community engagement and support for development projects, including solar street-light projects in communities such as Ebem and Ihenta Ohafia.

So, the question remains:

What has Hon. Ibe Okwara Osonwa done that the people can point to with pride?

The 2027 political season will not be decided by social-media propaganda, content creators or political noise. It will be decided by the people and their assessment of performance, accessibility, development and genuine commitment to the constituency.

Ikenna Ukwa is from Ohafia, and his supporters are already making their position clear: Ohafia will not surrender its political future to intimidation, propaganda or empty promises.

The game is not about who shouts the loudest.

It is about who has served the people best.

Ohafia people are wise, watchful and politically conscious.

And if Ikenna Nicolas Ukwa remains the name that keeps his political opponents awake, then perhaps that is why they consider him their political nightmare.

TO BE CONTINUED…

Copied.
