A Message from Ike Okorafor | DikeOgu 1 of Abam
Dear friends, family, and fellow APC faithful of Arochukwu, I bring you greetings with a heart full of gratitude. I want to take a moment to sincerely thank every one of you — across all camps, all wards, and all loyalties — for the passion and energy you have poured into this process. Your dedication is proof that Arochukwu people truly care about the future of our land. That alone is something to celebrate.
To those who stand with me, and to those who stand with my brother Delaz — I say this clearly and from the heart: we are not enemies. Politics is the art of conciliation and reconciliation, and I refuse to allow this process to divide what God and history have joined together. Delaz is my brother. He is my friend. What we share as sons of this land is far greater than any primary contest. I do not want anyone to become a judge between us, because there is no case to judge. We are two men who love Arochukwu, and that love must be bigger than our ambitions.
As we look toward 2027, let us remember that the real opponent is not each other — it is underdevelopment, neglect, and the silence that has kept Arochukwu voices unheard in Umuahia for too long. Together, united and focused, we will move our local government forward. I ask every loyalist on both sides to stand down the tension, extend a hand across the aisle, and let us build the coalition that Arochukwu truly deserves. One Arochukwu. One APC. One mission. 🙏🏾🇳🇬
