PUO Mourns Late Mrs. Chiamaka Joyce Nnamdi Ibekwe, Condoles Bende Lawmaker
A former Deputy Chairman of Bende Local Government Area, Hon. Chief Promise Uzoma Okoro (PUO), has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Late Mrs. Chiamaka Joyce Nnamdi Ibekwe, wife of the member representing Bende North State Constituency in the Abia State House of Assembly, Hon. Nnamdi Ibekwe.
Hon. Okoro, on Wednesday, joined family members, friends, and well-wishers to condole with the lawmaker over the painful loss, describing the demise as a tragic and heartbreaking moment for the family and the entire Bende community.
Late Mrs. Ibekwe, who passed on at the age of 46, was laid to rest in her hometown, Igbere, on Sunday.
In his condolence message, Okoro prayed for divine comfort for Hon. Ibekwe and his family, urging them to find strength in God during this difficult time.
He further described the late Mrs. Ibekwe as a woman whose life, though short, made meaningful impact on those around her, and whose memory will be cherished.
Hon. Okoro also prayed for the peaceful repose of her soul and for God to grant the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
