Behind the scene, I came back home in the year 2005 and found an envelope sealed with red linen in my briefcase. I opened the envelope because I was curious to know its content since I don’t know how such an envelope found its way into my briefcase.
In the note was a very short message straight to the point stating:
“YOU KNOW TOO MUCH, JOIN US”
I immediately went into panic mode wondering how this envelope got to me.
I turned the paper and found an address written on it to make myself available at a roundabout in Benin.
In my mind I wonder how and why I found myself in this situation?
I wanted to share my findings with my w!fe but I didn’t because she will shout and raise an alarm which is something I wouldn’t want. You know how w0men respond to shock.
I called my pastor at a very odd hour since I couldn’t even sleep with the worries on my mind.
My pastor answered the call, and was very polite to know if all was okay with me since I can’t put a call across to him at an odd hour except for emergencies.
I told him what I found in my briefcase, my pastor told me I have mimicked the devil for too long and it is my time to choose where I truly belong.
I told my pastor “Daddy I belong to Jesus, I am just an entertainer trying to put food on the table”
My daddy laughed over the phone and told me “it is well with your soul, go to sleep”
