In a decisive move to strengthen unity and reposition the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Arochukwu LGA, Prince Ike Okorafor convened a series of strategic meetings from April 10th to April 13th, 2026, focused on reconciliation, party cohesion, and grassroots mobilization.

On Friday, April 10th, Prince Ike Okorafor met with his ward executives and stakeholders, where he emphasized the urgent need for peace, unity, and collective purpose within the party. He made it clear that sustainable political success in Arochukwu can only be achieved through internal harmony, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to the APC’s vision. The meeting served as a foundational step toward rebuilding trust and aligning party members under one unified agenda.

Building on that momentum, a broader LGA-wide meeting was held on April 12th. At this gathering, Prince Ike Okorafor commended Chief Dan Okeke for his unwavering support and dedication to the growth of the APC in Arochukwu. He acknowledged that leaders like Chief Okeke play a critical role in stabilizing the party structure and fostering collaboration across factions.

The discussions were further enriched by key voices within the party. Hon Eke from Ohafor Abam Ward 2 the City Boys LGA youth leader in Arochukwu LGA, passionately highlighted the importance of commitment in party politics, urging members to remain steadfast and disciplined in their political engagements. Similarly, Kalu Ayi from Ovukwu Abam Ward delivered a strong message against betrayal driven by monetary influence, stressing that loyalty and integrity remain the backbone of any enduring political movement.

On April 13th, Prince Ike Okorafor extended his engagement to the City Boys and Renewed Hope pro-APC groups. This meeting reinforced the growing consensus around unity and progressive action. Members of these groups not only echoed the call for sustained peace within the party but also openly urged Prince Ike Okorafor to consider running for the State Assembly, citing his leadership, credibility, and ability to unify diverse interests as key assets.

Across all meetings, a consistent theme emerged: the transformation of the APC in Arochukwu into a cohesive, disciplined, and forward-looking political family. Through deliberate engagement, inclusive dialogue, and principled leadership, Prince Ike Okorafor has positioned himself as a central figure in restoring confidence and unity within the party.

These developments signal a new phase for the APC in Arochukwu LGA, one defined not by division, but by shared purpose, loyalty, and a renewed commitment to delivering meaningful representation for the people.
