Catholic Women Charged Not To Give Up In Their Roles In The Society.
The Mayor of Arochukwu Local Government Area, Hon. Engr. Chibuike Okereke Eze Aru has extolled mothers for their roles in the family and society especially as it concerns development of our nation.
Speaking at Mater Misericordia Catholic parish, Ihechiowa during their mother’s Day Celebration, the Mayor reminded mothers of their significant roles in their various families, Arochukwu LGA, Abia State and Nigeria at large. He encouraged them to continue to maintain their positions in the society as Catholic and Christian mothers just as Blessed Virgin Mary did.
The Mayor went on to appreciate mothers who play double roles in their families noting that it’s not easy for mothers to play the role of a mother and a father as most of them do in their various families.
He therefore Admonished them not to give up as God will certainly bless them in their efforts.
