2027: Chinedum Orji Continues Consultative Visits, Visits Ohuhu APC Political Forum.
In continuation of his consultative visits, the incoming member to represent the good people of Ikwuano/Umuahia North/South in the Federal House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Chinedum Orji (Ikuku), today paid a visit to the Ohuhu APC Political Forum.
During the visit, the former Speaker, Rt. Hon. Chinedum Orji, thanked Ndi Ohuhu for their support in the 2023 election and assured them that he did not take their support and friendship for granted. Rather, he said he was humbled by their show of love and acceptance.
He stated that if elected into the House of Representatives, he would ensure that all that Ohuhu, and indeed Ikwuano/Umuahia, had lost as a result of poor representation would be regained. He further assured that Ohuhu would be a major beneficiary of his representation.
“I will address the needs of Ndi Ohuhu, including the provision of potable water, scholarships for students, and meaningful empowerment for the youths”
He also promised to ensure that Ikwuano/Umuahia enjoys effective representation, as is obtainable in other federal constituencies and appealed to party faithful to put their strategies together and work collectively to ensure that Ohuhu is delivered 100% to the APC.
He advised that our people must work hard and not continue to remain in the opposition if they want to enjoy developmental dividends from government.
In their responses, some of the party leaders who spoke assured him of the votes and support of Ndi Ohuhu. They recounted his longstanding relationship with Ohuhu, noting that he has shared a relationship with almost every family in the community.
They stated that, come 2027, Ohuhu would stand firmly behind him and ensure that he is elected to represent the people of Ikwuano/Umuahia in Abuja.
Those present include, APC Ward Executives, Women groups, LGA party leaders and leadership of the Ohuhu APC Political Forum.
