THE MAYOR OF AROCHUKWU LGA CELEBRATES FATHERS, DESCRIBING THEM AS PILLARS OF THEIR RESPECTIVE HOMES

As the world celebrates Father’s Day, Engr. Prof. Okereke Eze Aru, the Mayor of Arochukwu Local Government Area celebrates all fathers and father figures in Arochukwu LGA, Abia State and the world at large.

Worshipping at the Presbyterian Church of Nigeria, Atan Ihechiowa Parish, the Mayor joined the Men Christian Association (MCA) in Atan Parish and around the world in honouring and appreciating all fathers and father figures whose love, sacrifices, and dedications continue to shape our families and communities.

Speaking During the Church Service He Said, “I celebrate every father and all father figures who wake up each day with a sense of responsibility, striving to provide for his family, guide his children, and serve as sources of strength and beacon of hope . Your commitment, resilience, and unwavering support are the foundation upon which strong homes and thriving communities are built. As a father and public servant, I understand the enormous responsibility that comes with nurturing and protecting those entrusted to our care. Thus, I commend all fathers in Arochukwu Local Government Area and Abia State at large for your invaluable contributions to family development, LGA and State Building”.

He further enjoined the celebrating fathers to always lead their various homes with good examples as Jesus Christ led the church. On this special day, he prayed that the Almighty God grants all fathers good health, wisdom, peace, and abundant blessings, as they continue to strengthen, lead, protect, and inspire families toward a brighter future.

Signed:
Comr. Ozoemelam Kalu O.
S.A to the Mayor
