The likes of Jomo Kenyatta, Kenneth Kaunda, Nelson Mandella and a host of others are many of those men.Chief Olugu choose that golden footprint of standing for the people an that has obviously endeared him to many and made him a household name. He has etched his name in gold even before he begun.

At a time when PDP seemed dead and buried in Abia, there was ISHI BUMBA.
At a time when it became life threatening to speak, the voice of ISHI BUMBA was echoing loudly.
At a time when majority were maintaining suspicious decorum for fear, he was there throwing his resource to keep the PDP alive . His only offence was and still is rebellious and repressive to tyranny. All he ask for is to infuse some ounces of sanity into a rather desecrated system.
The fact that his maiden outing for an elective post is commanding such huge followership and fanbase is unequivocally testament to his commitment to what will benefit the people.
The dawn of a new era, the birth of a new paradigm.
