Hon. Nnamdi Nwanganga has officially declared his intention to contest for the Abia State House of Assembly seat representing Obingwa East State Constituency, pledging to make Ndi-Obingwa East proud through purposeful and people-oriented representation.
Speaking during his declaration, Hon. Nwanganga assured constituents of his commitment to delivering effective leadership and responsive governance, emphasizing that his ambition is driven by a desire to serve and uplift the constituency.
The event also witnessed strong advocacy from party leaders in Ward 8, who appealed to the party leadership to cede the ticket to the ward. According to them, Ward 8 has yet to produce a representative for the State Assembly, making their call a matter of equity and fairness within the constituency.
The declaration ceremony attracted notable stakeholders within the party, including the Local Government Chairman and the State Party Chairman, alongside other key dignitaries and supporters who gathered to show solidarity.
Hon. Nwanganga’s entry into the race is expected to reshape the political landscape of Obingwa East as consultations and alignments intensify ahead of elections.
