Tinubu Commissions Landmark Projects in Imo State Amid Jubilations

 

— 52km Mbaise-Umuahia Road, Control-Assumpta Twin Fly-Over and EIICC Now Open for Public Use

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has commissioned three landmark projects in Imo State: the 52-kilometre Mbaise-Umuahia Road, the Control-Assumpta Twin Fly-Over, and the Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu International Conference Centre (EIICC) — in a colourful ceremony witnessed by a jubilant crowd of residents, students, government officials, and traditional leaders.

The newly completed facilities, now open for public use, were celebrated with music, cultural displays, and widespread excitement, as citizens hailed them as a turning point for Imo’s development.
