BREAKING: The Conclave begins on May 7th.

The conclave to elect a new Pope will begin on May 7, 2025 according to the Holy See Press Office.

The Cardinals present in Rome made the decision on Monday at their fifth General Congregation.

The conclave will take place in the Vatican’s Sistine Chapel, which remain closed to visitors during those days.

The Cardinals continue to gather during these days of Novendiales, praying for the repose of the late Pontiff Pope Francis.

Let us unite in prayer for the Cardinals.
