HON. IBE OKWARA OSONWA DONATES FIRST-EVER 500KVA TRANSFORMER TO AMOBA COMMUNITY IN AROCHUKWU LGA
In a historic moment for the Amoba community in Arochukwu Local Government Area, Hon. Ibe Okwara Osonwa has donated the first-ever 500KVA transformer to the community, marking a major step towards ending decades of darkness. Until now, Amoba had no transformer to power the entire community, leaving residents in prolonged hardship and underdevelopment.
Moved by the passionate appeals from the Amoba Development Union President and other prominent leaders across Arochukwu, Hon. Ibe Okwara Osonwa swiftly responded to their cries by delivering a 500KVA transformer, demonstrating his commitment to grassroots development and community empowerment.
In a broader commitment to restoring and improving electricity infrastructure across the region, Hon. Ibe Okwara Osonwa, alongside the Deputy Governor of Abia State, Engr. Ikechukwu Emetu, is also working tirelessly to ensure the full restoration of electricity in Ohafia, Ohafia LGA. Despite the challenges posed by widespread vandalism affecting the area’s power infrastructure, both leaders remain undeterred, actively pushing efforts to bring sustainable electricity back to the Ohafia communities.
Their actions underscore a new era of responsive leadership focused on real developmental impacts across Arochukwu and Ohafia LGAs.
