The Non-Academic Staff Union of Educational and Associated Institutions (NASU) Abia SUBEB wish to thank His Excellency, Dr Alex Chioma Oti (OFR) for fulfilling his promise of clearing at once ASUBEB staff inherited salary arrears of 7 months and Local Government Education Area , April 2023.
We also appreciate our dynamic and ebullient Accountant General Mrs Njum Uma-Onyemenam FCA for her courage, astuteness and consistency in realising this great feat.

It will be recalled that these backlog of arrears were owed to these workers by the former administration and now the current Executive Governor, Alex Otti has cleared the arrears in fulfilment of his promises.
