The House of Assembly candidate of the peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for Arochukwu State Constituency in the 2023 General Elections and a businessman, Hon. Emeka Bonny Popularly known as De Laz has congratulated the former Deputy Chief of Staff to the former Governor of Abia State, Chief Olugu Kalu Ugba ( Ishi Bu Mba) as he celebrate his birthday today.
In a goodwill message made available to newsmen, De Laz described Chief Olugu Kalu Ugba as a refined gentleman, a Colossus and a bridge builder who has contributed immensely to the development of Abia State and Nigeria at large.
He wished Ishi Bu Mba well and prayed God to continue to bless him with good health and prosperous years ahead.
