Senate Appoints Senator Austin Akobundu as Vice Chairman, Senate Committee on Air Force

 

The Senate of the Federal Republic has announced the Senator representing Abia Central Senatorial District, Senator Austin Akobundu as the Vice Chairman of its Senate Committee on Air Force.

The Senate President, Godswill Akpabio made the announcement today during plenary.

 

Senator Austin Akobundu brings with him years of military experience coupled with an excellent legislative accomplishments to his new role and will no doubt help the Senate in its bid to improve the Air Force in the discharge of their duties to the nation.
