Men of the operation Udo Ga Achi, the Anambra state security outfit set up by Governor Chukwuma Soludo this morning, January 30th, around 12:15am carried out a raid on a kidnappers hide out based on credible intelligence and discovered a kidnappers armoury located at Enugwu Agidi, Njikoka LGA.

They arrested one Chukwudi Tansi, a member of the kidnapping syndicate and discovered the following arms/ammunition.

ITEMS RECOVERED INCLUDE

2 AK 47 RIFLES
8 PUMP ACTION GUNS
4 LOCALLY MADE PISTOLS
3 PACKETS OF CARTRIDGES (101 CARTRIDGES)
4 EMPTY MAGAZINES OF AK 47 RIFLES
3 CUTLASSES
ONE BAOFENG RADIO,
ONE MOTORCYCLE AND
SOME CHARMS.
