Breaking: Fubara, Douye Diri Resolves Longstanding Soku Oil Wells Dispute.

Governors Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State and Gov. Douye Diri of Bayelsa State have taken a significant step towards fostering peace and cooperation between their states by resolving longstanding disputes surrounding the Soku Oil Wells and Bayelsa’s properties in Port Harcourt.

During a recent Christmas visit in Port Harcourt, Governor Diri commended Fubara for his enlightened and peaceful leadership style, which has contributed to the resolution of conflicts and the promotion of regional harmony. In this spirit of collaboration, Fubara underscored the importance of their shared historical ties and emphasized the necessity of strengthening regional cooperation, particularly through the activities of the BRACE Commission (an initiative aimed at promoting development in the region).
