CHEERS TO AN OUTSTANDING ACADEMIC AND DISTINGUISHED SON OF ABIA STATE, ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR PHILIP OKORE OKPO NTO, ON HIS BIRTHDAY.

I heartily felicitate with Dr. Philip Okore Okpo Nto, an accomplished academic, economist, administrator and public servant, on the joyous occasion of his birthday.

Your remarkable journey across academia, public finance and leadership reflects a career dedicated to knowledge, service and human development.

As a former Commissioner for Finance and Economic Planning in Abia State, you brought your expertise in economics and financial management to public administration. Your subsequent service as Provost of Abia State College of Education (Technical), Arochukwu, spanning two terms, was another important chapter in your career.

Your academic contributions have also earned recognition, including an award from Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike. As Director of the university’s Agribusiness Incubation Centre, you have continued to champion agricultural entrepreneurship, practical skills acquisition, youth empowerment, food security and value addition across the agricultural value chain.

As you mark another year, I celebrate your contributions to education, public service and the development of our dear state. I pray that Almighty God grants you sound health, renewed strength, greater wisdom and many more years of purposeful living.

May the years ahead bring you greater accomplishments, peace, happiness and more opportunities to make meaningful contributions to Abia State and Nigeria.
