Anyaso Welcomes June with Message of Hope, Accountability to Bende, Abia, Nigerians

The Labour Party candidate for Bende Federal Constituency in the 2027 general election, Dr. Chimaobi Desmond Anyaso, popularly known as Ofuji, has felicitated with the people of Bende Local Government Area, Abia State and Nigerians at large on the commencement of the month of June, while calling for greater civic consciousness and accountability in leadership.

In a goodwill message released on Monday to mark the beginning of the new month, Dr. Anyaso expressed gratitude to God for His blessings and for the progress recorded in the year so far, despite the prevailing economic and social challenges confronting many Nigerians.

He noted that while the year has brought reasons for thanksgiving, the realities of rising hardship, economic uncertainty and declining living conditions across the country remain matters of serious concern that require urgent attention.

According to him, the beginning of a new month presents another opportunity for citizens to reflect on the direction of the nation and the critical role leadership plays in shaping the quality of life of the people.

“As we enter June, let us remember that leadership decisions have consequences. The quality of leadership we choose ultimately shapes the quality of life we live,” he stated.

The Bende Federal Constituency hopeful urged Nigerians to become more conscious, more engaged and more demanding of accountability as the nation gradually moves into another political season.

He encouraged citizens to pay close attention to those seeking public office by asking questions, examining records and supporting leaders based on proven performance rather than promises.

Dr. Anyaso maintained that a better Nigeria can only emerge through an informed and vigilant citizenry committed to making responsible choices.

He further wished the people of Bende, Abia State and Nigerians across the country a peaceful, productive and fulfilling month of June, expressing optimism that the nation would overcome its present challenges through unity, responsible leadership and collective commitment to national progress.
