A Leader Worth Emulating: The Example of Professor Nto
~ Prince Ike Okorafor, APC Candidate, Arochukwu State Constituency
As someone who has dedicated himself to the service of Arochukwu and is now seeking the mandate of our people at the Abia State House of Assembly, I can say without hesitation that Professor Nto is one of the finest things to have happened to this Local Government Area. His presence in our public space has brought a rare combination of intellect, civility, and genuine service that our community so deeply needs. In a political landscape often defined by noise and self-interest, he stands apart as a man whose actions consistently speak louder than his words.
What I find most admirable about Professor Nto is his democratic spirit and his unwavering commitment to peace. He does not lead through fear or force, but through persuasion, inclusion, and deep respect for the dignity of every person he encounters. His leadership is rooted in the conviction that progress is only meaningful when it is shared and that belief is visible in everything he continues to do for the people of Arochukwu. It is a standard I hold up as a mirror to my own aspirations as a candidate and public servant.
To my fellow young leaders rising across our LGA and beyond, I implore you: look closely at how this man carries himself with humility, purpose, and an unshakeable love for peace and let that example shape the kind of leaders we choose to become. Arochukwu deserves leadership that transforms, not just transacts. Professor Nto has shown us what that looks like. As I seek your support in the coming election, I carry that lesson with me every step of the way.
