Breaking News: Court of Appeal Dismisses Turaki’s Appeal

 

The three-member panel, chaired by Justice Mohammed Ambi‑Usi Danjuma, with Hon. Justices Okechukwu Onyemenam and Muhammed Mustapha, in a unanimous ruling, has dismissed the appeal filed by Turaki and his group, awarding a fine of N2 million against them. The court upheld the Federal High Court’s ruling against the purported Ibadan convention.
