At Matriculation, Prof. Okereke Eze Aru Hails Gov. Otti’s Modern Transformation of ASCETA.
The Executive Mayor of Arochukwu Local Government Area, Prof. Okereke Eze Aru has extolled the Executive Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Otti over the modern transformation of the Abia State College of Education Technical Arochukwu.
Speaking today in Arochukwu during the Matriculation of the citadel of learning, the Mayor stated that the school now has what it takes to compete with other high institutions across the country and Africa at large. He admonished the students to make good use of this wonderful opportunity to learn well while advising parents to encourage their children to learn well by supporting them in their own way as the institution is fully ready to produce students that can compete with their pairs in the global labour market.
Speaking further, the Mayor eulogized the Provost of the school, Prof. Idowu Obukohwo Eluwa, staff and management of ASCETA for their professionalism and diligence they are exhibiting in the discharge of their duties as they have worked so hard in returning the school to it’s lost glory.
He promised to continue to support the school to achieve their academic goals for the betterment of the people.
The Mayor was accompanied by his Chief of Staff, Hon. Darlington Eni Kalu among other government functionaries.
