Yesterday, Hon. Ibe Okwara Osonwa attended a high-level lecture at the National Defence College (NDC)Abuja,where the Governor of Abia State and leader, Dr. Alex C. Otti delivered a lecture titled “Strategic Leadership: My Political Experience.”

The lecture was a practical and engaging session that focused on leadership, public service and effective decision-making in governance. Drawing from his political journey, Governor Otti emphasized the importance of disciplined thinking, courage and accountability as core values that must guide leadership at all levels of government.

Speaking after the event, Hon. Ibe Okwara Osonwa noted that the session was a timely reminder of the responsibilities that come with public office and the need for leaders to remain committed to people-centred governance and measurable outcomes.

He reaffirmed his alignment with Governor Otti’s leadership vision and restated his commitment to advancing the same ideals in Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency through effective oversight, strong advocacy, and actions that deliver real and lasting benefits to the people.
