At August Meeting: Mayor Of Arochukwu, Dr. Chibuike Eze Aru Eulogies Iyom Abam, Describes Them As Ambassadors of Peace.

The Mayor of Arochukwu Local Government Area, Engr. Dr. Chibuike Eze Aru has commended the women of Abam Onyerubi in Arochukwu LGA for maintaining peace in the community and for the peaceful coexistence among them.

Speaking in Abam during the 2025 August meeting of the Iyom Abam, the Mayor stated that if the women can continue in this peaceful atmosphere in Abam, government will have no option than to be bringing more dividends of democracy to them as they have seen the developmental strides of the Governor, he noted that Governor Alex Otti has done well for the people of Abam in terms of infrastructure and is now on them to protect government infrastructures and

assured of more developments.

He Congratulated the Iyom Abam and encouraged them to continue be peaceful and remain peace Ambassadors of Arochukwu LGA.

The wife of the Abia State Governor, Her Excellency Mrs Priscilla Otti, the Majority Leader of the Abia State House of Assembly, Hon. Uchenna Okoro, Secretary to the State government, Prof. Kenneth Kalu, Rector of Ogbonnaya Onu Polytechnic, Dr. Christopher Okoro Kalu among others.
