The State Chairman of the Abia State Council Of Non Academic Staff Union(NASU), Comrade Isdore Ibebuike Ph.D has commended the Executive Governor of Abia State, His Excellency, Dr. Alex Chioma Otti OFR for officially inaugurating the expanded board of the Abia State Universal Basic Education Board (ASUBEB).
Speaking shortly after the inauguration of the board, Dr. Isdore Ibebuike who is a member of the newly innuguarated board extolled the Abia Chief Executive for following due process by including the critical stakeholders as part of the board thereby fulfilling what is enshrined in law 9 of 2004 that established the board.
He reiterated the readiness of NASU to collaborate with the ASUBEB board to see that they succeed in their programs and policies geared towards consolidating on the visions of Dr. Alex Chioma Otti OFR.
Dr. Ibebuike used the opportunity to commend Dr. Alex Otti for all the good works he is doing in Abia State especially in the Education sector and urged the Governor not to relent in his quest for a greater and prosperous Abia State.
Also, he commended the Executive Chairman of the board Lady Lydia Onuoha for the ongoing transformation in the board as he urged the management of the board to maintain the existing industrial peace.
