A wave of optimism has swept through applicants from Ihechiowa following the successful conclusion of the Ibe Okwara Osonwa Foundation Scholarship Examinations. The exams, designed to provide educational opportunities for deserving students in the community, witnessed a large turnout of eager participants, all vying for the coveted scholarships.
