2024: Jubilation as Oma Nma Life Saving and Health Foundation emerged BEST NGO IN ABIA STATE
Oma Nma Life Saving and Health Foundation is a non – governmental organization, saddled with caring for the needy and less privileged in our society.
The Foundation is powered by High Chief Boniface Ifeanyichukwu Ariekpere, popularly called ONYEZE LA SPAIN – a selfless philanthropist driven by his passion for humanity and he has thus far, demonstrated a strong commitment to helping people, without nursing any political ambition, which has resulted to so many recognitions in and outside his immediate community, state, Nigeria, Africa and the world at large.
The Foundation has special passion for medical tourism and has been helping so many people by sponsoring their healthcare challenges, 100 percent.
Some of the beneficiaries of Oma Nma Life Saving and Health Foundation includes and not limited to; over 72 Eye care treatments; over 2000 treated of Typhoid and Malaria; Free fibroid operations; over 50 appendix operations; gifted over 1500 bags of rice to people across Abia state; shared so far, 24 sewing machines to empower youths; gifted 4 motorcycles to four families; 6 tricycles ( Keke) given to 6 families; donated 178 bags of fertilizers to Isiala Ngwa North LGA farmers; donated 200 machetes and 200 hoes to indigent farmers; shared over 2500 wrappers to widows in Nsulu and other women across Abia state; Drilled 6 boreholes, including one at Umuosu Nsulu Health Center, Isiala Ngwa North LGA Abia State; Graded dilaplated rural roads in Umuode and Umuosu Nsulu in Isiala Ngwa North LGA; Gifts stipend every Friday to assist families purchase food items; Empowered several youths on Skills acquisition
On December 23, 2024, Oma Nma Life Saving and Health Foundation stormed Afara Ukwu community in Umuahia North, LGA to share palliatives to widows, widowers and the needy. The event that was held at Union primary school, Afara Ibeku, Umuahia witnessed the distribution of rice, wrappers and food condiments to 250 beneficiaries under the supervision of the leaders of the three commandments namely:- Okwulaga, Isiama and Enyi Ukwu.
Oma Nma Life Saving and Health Foundation runs a weekly radio program on BCA Radio Umuahia 88.1 FM every Thursday by 10am wherein they preache peace, humanitarian services, social orientation, advocates for good governance and a better Abia and Nigeria in general.
